Our record centers are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. All customers are assigned a Record Management Coordinator who is available at all times on an emergency basis to meet your file retrieval needs. Customers are permitted to pick up files/boxes at record centers during normal business hours (Delivery charge is waived). All storage facilities are protected by a state of the art Fire and Burglary Protection Systems. Centers are protected 24 hours a day and are connected directly to local police and fire departments. Facilities are also equipped with a certified insurance approved sprinkler system. Our record centers are equipped with a state of the art bar-coding system designed by Symbol Technologies for the record storage industry. The technology ensures accurate and timely bar coding of files/boxes into our database. Record centers are run by a software package created by O'Neil Software Inc. which is considered the most flexible software package in the industry. This software enables you to get detailed reports on what you have with us, who has requested files/boxes in the past, the activity of each box and file, destruction date information and departmental breakdowns.
